I titled this Thai food recipe with shrimp but you can make it a Thai food recipe with chicken or beef. It a forgiving recipe so do what floats your boat.
I don't know if it is just me but I like to cook, but lazy girl cook and I expect it to taste great!
This recipe is for the lazy, hungry girl. It is so easy, throw it in the pan and call it a day.
On The Stove Top
add some oil oil or coconut oil to your low to medium heated frying pan
I am not telling you how much to put in, in this part of the recipe because some people like more veggies or meat so do as you please :)
Grate
ginger
garlic cloves
- add this in you frying pan
Cut
onions
cabbage
peppers
carrots ... basically whatever vegetables you like- told you Lazy Girl Cooking
-then add this to your frying pan next
Add
shrimp
- then add this to your pan
I will also add walnuts or cranberries at the end.
Rice
I made some lavender basmati rice
Once that is all cooked up and done you can add your pad thai sauce recipe!
Here is the recipe and yes I finally gave you measurements as to how much to put in ... :)
pad thai sauce recipe
1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
2 tbsp brown sugar
Mix it all up and add it to your veggie and meat mix!
